Friends and family aren’t always best placed to help. They can be too close and emotionally invested in our story.
I’m a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a core training in Transactional Analysis (TA), and I’m accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). My approach is integrative and relational, which means that while TA provides a foundation for understanding how our past experiences shape us, I also draw on other therapeutic models and practical tools to support you in the here and now.
As a counsellor, I offer an outside, impartial perspective. I won’t tell you what to do or try to fix things for you, but I will help you find your own way forward. Together, we can create a space that feels safe, confidential and containing, where you can explore what’s happening in your life at a pace that feels right for you.
By being fully present with whatever you bring, I can help you make sense of how you got to where you are today and support you in moving towards where you’d like to be tomorrow.
