Sometimes we need someone to talk to, someone to listen and to really hear us.
Friends and family are not always best placed to help us, they can be too closely entangled and invested in our story.
A counsellor is an outside, impartial person who won’t tell you what to do or try to fix things for you, but will help to guide you to reach your own conclusions, allowing you space to explore your life and your past.
They will help you figure out how you got to where you are today and how you can get to where you want to be tomorrow.
